During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown, I experienced really good customer service right from the moment I checked in. The staff were really good too ensure that my needs were met and that I had a nice stay. From personalized greetings to attentive wait staff, every interaction was friendly and professional. The attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made a difference.

We loved the breakfast at the hotel. It was included in our room rate and was delicious. The menu was on the expensive side, but we were happy to find out that the hotel provided a limit on what was covered. This was a great way to avoid any unexpected charges.

It was also conveniently located near the waterfront, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely stroll by the water. the hotel provided bikes and scooters to explore the city, a fun and convenient way to get around.

I was disappointed with the service at check-in. The person assisting us was rude and unhelpful, and it took a lot of effort to finally get the correct room at the price we had reserved.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and excellent service. the spa area offered a variety of massages, including foot, back, and full body. the exclusive restaurant served dishes that were beautifully presented and delicious. In-room breakfast was also available, and the bar/lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of special diet menus at the restaurant. the staff was accommodating and able to make adjustments to accommodate our dietary restrictions.
